Step 1: Choose Your Package
Select the custom song package that best fits your occasion and budget:

Step 2: Submit Your Story
Fill out our song request form, where you’ll provide:
The occasion and recipient
Song mood and tone (romantic, funny, sentimental, etc.)
Key personal details, memories, or messages
Optional photo or audio uploads to personalize your song even more
Step 3: Make Payment
No work will begin until full payment is received. We accept:

Payment instructions will be shown upon submitting your order.
Step 4: Song Creation Begins
Once your payment is confirmed, production starts! You’ll receive two unique versions of the song to choose from.
You will be sent two initial versions of your song with different musical arrangements or styles. You will then select one version to move forward with.
Important:
Once you choose your preferred version, revisions are limited to the lyrics only.
No musical composition, instrumental changes, or vocal style swaps will be made after selection.
Our songs are generated using cutting-edge AI vocal technology. While we strive to match your preferences (such as male/female voice or duet style), please note:
The final voice may be male, female, or blended
We cannot guarantee voice gender or tone
Occasionally, lyrics may be adjusted to match the AI-selected vocal
We will always prioritize the best-sounding, most emotionally resonant performance
Mini Melody: 1 round of lyric edits
Full Story Song: Up to 2 rounds of lyric edits
Premium Love Anthem: Up to 3 lyric revisions + vocal delivery feedback
Major changes such as full rewrites or story alterations after production begins may require an additional fee.
Delivery times begin once your payment is received:
Mini Melody: 5–7 business days
Full Story Song: 7–10 business days
Premium Love Anthem: 10–14 business days
Rush delivery is available for an additional charge. Contact us directly if you need it faster.
Your finished song will be delivered via email or download link as a:
High-quality MP3 file
Optional WAV and instrumental versions available upon request
We retain a secure backup of your song for 30 days in case you need another copy.
Each Chantory song includes a lifetime personal-use license. You may:
Share your song on social media
Play it at personal events
Use it in personal videos or slideshows
Commercial use is not allowed (ads, monetized YouTube, Spotify, etc.) without purchasing a separate license.
